  • Exposés und reports, that are developed by the PhD students and are reviewed by the presumed first advisor and a further person not involved in the supervision.
  • Seminars covering Soft Skills, Methods and Work topics, which are held on a regulary basis and
which should be attended by the PhD students to the effort extent of 16 ECTS points.
  • Colloquiums, to which graduates attend regularly and in which they should present their work twice
    during their doctoral period.
  • A confidant representative, who can mediate in the case of conflicts between PhD students
    and supervisors.
  • Official and elected representatives of the PhD students.
  • A Doctoral Committee, that establishes the above mentioned elements and monitors their transaction.

Altogether, the graduate program is meant to promote the development of personal skills on the part of the PhD students, to ensure continual and effective mentoring, and to enable top-quality scientific working.
